Company History
Lake Ville Health Service, established in 2016 as a personal service agency, is a family-owned company and a partner of various personal care aide agencies across multiple states in the US. These agencies have been owned and managed by the family for over 20 years, following the best practices set by Lake Ville Health Service.
Lake Ville Health Service is built on the theoretical framework of person-centered planning (PCP). This philosophy emphasizes that clients should be actively involved in planning their care. If the client is unable to participate, their proxy should be someone who genuinely cares for them and has a thorough understanding of their care needs.
